The management ability of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges is related to the development and operation colleges. impact job satisfaction an essential subject human resource management. This paper takes municipal as research object collects data through questionnaires interviews. Using weighted average method calculate statistics, conduct empirical on relationship between career planning, employee autonomy, manager study results found that should pay attention motivation improve autonomous work behavior employees.
